In the shadow of Borussia - Office building m2

The m2 office building was constructed in the new Nordpark Mönchengladbach industrial estate.

In the meantime, an auditing firm, a trade with fashion accessories as well as a start-up in the Internet and Virtual Reality sector are located there. The modern office building offers a total area of around 1,800 m² on three floors. Hepp-Schwamborn carried out the complete electrical installation with modern LED lighting, network cabling, video intercom, building automation (KNX), access control and a burglar alarm system. These requirements were implemented to the complete satisfaction of the customers.
