GEBAB corporate group - Liverpooler Allee construction project
For years, the GEBAB corporate group, a large German investment company, has already been setting special trends in the Nordpark industrial estate located away from Mönchengladbach's city center: already at the end of 2018, it was responsible for the "Paspartou" located at the entrance area of the Nordpark - a business center consisting of two towers, which offers a workplace for up to 700 people, with around 9,000 sqm of usable space.
As before for the "Paspartou", Hepp-Schwamborn was awarded the contract for the realization of all electrical engineering measures for the Liverpooler Allee construction project, a six-story office building with a total leasable area of 17,500 sqm. The building complex was erected on a 7,300 sqm site in the so-called "Business Park II", which is located in the eastern area of the Nordpark.
Hepp-Schwamborn's extensive list of tasks included the energy supply via a transformer station located in front of the building, all energy distribution measures and installation work for the tenants, the complete lighting of the property and the entire outdoor area, as well as the installation of a comprehensive security and fire alarm system.
